Looking in your heart is not easy but neither impossible! First of all you should have a crystal clear intention of doing it. Then, direct your attention toward the center of your chest, somehow internally. Don't think how, just do it! For me it's of great help a rose fragrance - pure rose essential oil - and sometimes a soft music. A rose quartz crystal kept in the left (or non dominant) hand or even on the chest can also help the centering process. This is the moment to call angels for help!
They can surround your heart with healing and protective pink pure light, if you just ask them to.
Heart Chakra is about sincerity.
